His coconut oil is just at a higher temperature than yours as coconut melts at a certain point. It’s nothing to do with quality or anything, I’m sure your coconut oil is fine!

Brilliant video! The word about Coconut Oil HAS to get out, the average American needs to hear you. We buy gal. jugs of Virgin CO & also Expeller pressed. We moisturize with expeller oil, also fry eggs, meat with it as it is tasteless. I cook cakes, pancakes, etc with the Virgin CO. Organic ExpellerPressed CO goes through steam deodorizing & tastes bland. Virgin CO has the odor & taste of fresh coconuts. Virgin CO has a higher lauric acid content. I eat the Virgin stuff by the spoonful!

There’s no difference. Coconut oil melts by room temparature. You can also put the jar in a bowl of hot water before you use the coconut oil.

I have some virgin right now and the taste makes me want to barf.
