eat protein and veggies for main meal..eat fruits for snack….excerise; run/walk/joggin…at least 30 mins 60 mins would be better for 4-5 times a week
swimming. It is easier than running becuase in water, you won’t hurt joints as much. But don’t forget to stretch before you swim. When you start getting in better shape, try running or working out at a gym or work-out place. But eating healthy and exercising is always best.
If you don’t make one of those huge commutes, try walking to work, or wherever you usually go. If you do commute, take the stairs or park a few streets down and walk the rest of the way. Walking/running is free, and of course, eat healthy. Don’t spend so much money on that Big Mac, but rather stop by a store and get some fruit or fruit bread!
do a 2400-calorie diet. You only need a calculator, a sheet of paper and a pen. Make the math of every calorie you eat and do not exceed that number. Add a thirty-minute a day exercise and you are on your way. Good Luck
