what is the best way to lose weight and stay healthy?

i lost 17 pounds by going to the gym but now i have no more time to go and i’m still a little bit overweight, diets don’t really work for me since i need a lot of energy to go to school. is there any way i can lose weight and stay fit? btw, is yoga a nice way to exercise?

    if ur school is not too far then walk to ur school & to other places try more to walk drink more water u can also go for yoga

    Eating is the only Reason For Being Fat

    Don’t take any Stupid Medic or Killing your self at the Gem

    It’s all about your eating behaviour

    Ieat Chips &Salad For Around 3 years ( i am healthy ) Plus lost over 50 kg I was Over wighted Now i am ideal for 5 years now :)

    Yoga is a good way of reducing especially the Surya namascar exercise. Also u should eat at a fixed time everyday.

    eat a balanced diet, try to stay away from chips, dips, candy and pop. if you must have pop, get used to diet pop. eat more fruits and raw veggies, and yes, drink lots of water. yoga is a good exercise to calm yourself and to stretch your muscles and keep you limber, but it dosn’t burn off the fat. aerobics is a good one for burning up calories and helping your cardiovascular system stay healthy. diets are never good, because you feel deprived, and you are not getting the vitamins you need to nurish yourself. if you follow this diet most of the time, you can cheat every now and then. that way, you are more likely to make it a lifelong habit.

    y not try acupuncture instead ? i heard it helps.

    aniwae i dun tink yoga helps to lose weight.. it just makes ur body more flexible tats all.

    Whatever you do, do not listen to the idiots that tell you to not eat! Believe it or not, not eating and severly limiting calories will cause your body to store the little calories it has as fat… Tr this: You wanna eat six small meals a day, in smaller portions, 2-3 hours apart. You want to do this because if you do one of three things below, your body goes into what is called "starvation" mode and stores calories as fat for a precaution:
    1. Severly limit calories
    2. Overeat
    3. Go too long in between meals.

    When you limit calories your body takes this as a sign that it may be it’s last meal for a while, and it stores the little calories that you’ve taken in and stores them up for survival.
    The same thing happens when you overeat. Your body takes this as a sign that you’re overeating because it could be your last meal for a while, so it again stores calories as fat as a precaustion.
    Same thing goes for going too long in between meals. Your body then goes into starvation mode and stores the little calories you have as fat to survive… What you wanna do is plan out meals and snacks everyday or the night before so that you make sure you have six planned meals. Eat them 2-3 hours apart and this will definitly help.

    If you r still overweight so you need to exercise at home ,dancing is a great idea ,it helps in burn more calories easily while it is fun.do not ignore sports it will help you to stay fit.
