this works but can be hard to follow if you socialise and eat out a lot.

It should be okay unless you have abnormally fast metabolism or if you exercise or lift weights a lot, then you will need to eat more.

What is honey really better for you than jelly, it surely has more sugar and I heard that honey if even worse for you than table sugar is! Jelly isn’t that awful is it?

Jack promoted eating eggs! Eggs nowadays have gotten a bad rap for having a high level of cholesterol, but research has shown that high levels of cholesterol do not cause heart disease, but rather high carb intake! While not low-carb, Jack’s plan seems to have enough carb intake not to crash, but not too much so as to cause problems; and all of his carbs come from good sources like fresh fruit. This meal plan is actually very sound!

Its funny how the 3 meals all make perfect sense nutritionally, but I guess the eating 6 smaller meals a day concept wasn’t around then ;)

Yeah steroids is what killed Lyle Alzedo isn’t it. Jack promoted longevity. There’s websites and videos about transhumanism and cryonics that talk about longevity. Real interesting.(For me anyway).
