Hello…I’m a semi-active 29 year old mom. I usually do cardio 4 times a week and weights 2 days a week before I got pregnant. Currently, I’m about to give birth in less than 3 weeks, but I want to already have my diet plan in order. I will need to lose about 35 pounds. So please give me any good diet suggestions or programs you have used, so I can plan accordingly.

Hi!
Have you ever heard of ‘Fat Loss 4 Idiots’ diet program? It’s one of the most sellable e-books ever written that talks about losing fat easily and quickly. If you wish, you can check it all out, there’s a link to a great blog in my source.
So, what is in it?
Generally, the Fat Loss for Idiots is a guide to losing weight and fat as the name implies. In the book, you will be able to read the rules involved in weight loss. These rules, also known as "10 Idiot Proof Rules of Weight Loss" are easy to understand and follow as they are stated in the simplest terms.
Another thing that the e-book contains is the diet generator. The book will give you meal plans that will last you for 11 days. So for each day, the book has a menu for you to follow.
What does it promise?
Fat Loss for Idiots promises a lot of things. For the most part, it promises to make you really lose weight. To be specific, the ebook is able to make you lose 9 pounds every eleven days.
Another big promise the ebook gives is that it can make you lose weight using a healthy meal plan. Many weight lose plans make you lose weight by skipping and scrimping on some things that your body needs such as fat. With the ebook, you can be sure that you won’t be having any of this. As a matter of fact, it will give you a menu of foods that are complete of the nutrients that your body needs. With this, you can be sure that even if you are losing weight, you are also well nourished.
Another thing that the ebook promises is that it makes room for those who are on a vegetarian diet. Unlike other weight loss guides that specifically tell you certain things such as forcing you to eat meat, the Fat Loss for Idiots respects your diet preferences. With this, anybody can take part of the program.
Check out my source – there’s a blog all about this diet with tons of info. Hope it works for you! Good luck!
My sister lost baby weight fast by breast feeding, doing 30 mins of cardio a day 3-4 times a week and eating tons of veggies. She also does Wii-Fit!
Hope I helped & good luck!
Twenty-one months after my daughter was born, I weigh 33 pounds less than what I did when she was conceived. I don’t diet. I eat what I want when I want. I eat after seven, after ten some days. I don’t count calories or carbs. I break all of the "rules".
However, I eat whole, real foods. I stick with whole grains. I avoid any animals or animal products. (Obviously.) I try and avoid anything with enriched flour (white), corn syrup, high fructose corn syrup, partially hydrogenated oils, hydrogenated oils, artificial colors, artificial flavors… Anything that looks as though it was created in a lab by man and not in nature by God. For a long time, about a year, I was dowon to 155. (I’m six feet tall.) In the past month or so, I went down to 155. Last week, my husband, sister and I went to NYC and we did much walking and little eating. Well, my husband and I did because we skipped lunch to save money. Instead, I got some fruit from some vendors and ate fruit and grain bars from Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. (I had breakfast at the motel– Mediocre Quaker instant oatmeal that didn’t taste too good and wasn’t very filling. So, I went down to 147. I’m quite skinny. I’m thinking I will lose more weight when I go back to NYC tomorrow. I’ll have breakfast (the hostel/mission house where I will be staying will have a coffee shop and I will buy from them to support the ministry), and probably skip lunch or buy fruit from vendors again (and/or visit the farmer’s market in Union Square) and have a bigger dinner. Also, since I am familiar with the area of Manhattan where I will be, I will try and walk as much as I can, too. (Or, get off of the train a stop or two early to walk. I used to do that when I had to take the bus when I lived in Columbus– Get off a stop or two early and walk down a stop or two to get on.)
Anyway, with housework, playing with my daughter, and just finding ways to get active (i.e., parking very far from the store entrance if I am shopping alone or just halfway down when I’m with my daughter and the weather is not raining), I make sure I move.
Also, there is a show on Oxygen, "Inhale" which is yoga the I watch/do when I can.
Also, I don’t worry about things like the glass or bottle (or three) of nice dark beer when I want them, like I’m working on now.
I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too! I learned that cleansing will help the body get rid of toxins. Toxins come from a lot of things like fast food, pollution, food additives and preservatives and lots of other things. The toxins get stored in the fat in our body. To get rid of the fat, we have to get rid of the toxins by cleansing the body. This made sense to me and I decided to try a cleanse program and it worked. The weight came off fast and this kept me motivated to keep going, not like other diets where the weight loss it too slow. I did Jenny Craig, Weight Watcher and Medifast. If you want to learn more call the toll free number 1-877-587-4647 or check out the website. This was the first time I ever did a cleanse, it was easy and I feel better. Good luck whatever you decide to do! http://thebestcleansingdiet.com
