1. Don’t Expect Miracles – Sure I know, that not what you want to here. But that is the truth. This is a diet plan review site and I have to tell you like it really is. There are no plans on this site that will have you thin by tomorrow. So be realistic with your goals. And read the plans with the idea that they will help with your pursuit of the perfect body and not be the miracle answer.

2. Give it Time – For most of us the weight gain did not happen overnight. And it will not come off overnight. No matter what anybody tells you. And besides, it is not all that healthy to drop a bunch of weight all at once.

3. About Exercise – Well you knew this was going to come up. I am not a big fan of exercise. But just a little goes a long way. By a little I am talking about 10 to 15 minutes. How bad can that be, especially while watching TV at night. Most of us have some type of exercise machine that is acting as a hanger for shirts and pants. Why not use it during the commercials or the boring reruns. The results are really very nice.

4. How About Pills and Such – I think that they are a good thing. But as you can see I left them for last. And that is because they are a part of the whole plan and not the whole plan. Read the reviews on this site and see some of the different options that are available. The good thing about al of the options is that they are all “free trials”. That way you can experiment and find the best combination for you.
